With the mind of giving an extra green lung to earth, KSSS together with Goonj foundation organized a cleaning campaign and planted saplings. Around 126 volunteers gathered at ‘company kadavu’ of Kottayam district with the aim of cleaning the plastic waste dumped in the river banks as an aftermath of flood and also took a special effort to plant saplings in the area. Mrs. Anjali Lizbel Simon ( Goonj Representative), Mrs. Bessy Jose ( Coordinator), Mrs. Biji Jose, Mrs. Mary Joy (KSSS Animator) coordinated the programme.
